Don DePriest, the owner and operator of Renaissance Roofing, Inc. is a fully licensed
builder by the State of Michigan. Don began roofing in 1989 and in 1996, Renaissance Roofing, Inc. was incorporated. |

2. Do you employ your own employees or use sub-contractors? |
|
|

All of our roofers and roofing laborers are employees of Renaissance Roofing,
Inc. This includes the office and sales staff as well as the Superintendent and
Foremen. We have never employed
sub-contractors and continue to only hire direct employees.

3. Where are you located and what areas do your service? |

Our office and warehouse are located in
Canton with a service area of Washtenaw, Western Wayne and portions of
southern Oakland Counties |

4. What type of insurance coverage do you hold? |

Renaissance Roofing, Inc. is insured through the
Kennedy Nemier Insurance Agency.
We carry Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Auto, Umbrella and Equipment
Theft insurance. We would be happy to provide our agent’s name and phone number
for verification of our insurance coverage or provide a certificate of insurance
with you named as an additional insured on our policy throughout the roofing
services. |

Since 1996, Renaissance Roofing, Inc. has installed
hundreds of new roofs.

Renaissance Roofing, Inc. will offer
seasonal Roofing Specials that will be
posted on our website and communicated through our Sales staff. We do work year
round and always offer coupons on our website as well. |

7. Does Renaissance Roofing, Inc. offer any type of Financing? |

|

Renaissance Roofing, Inc. accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. We also offer 12 months deferred interest financing and a 5 year reduced interest loan through Enerbank USA. There are no forms to complete. A 10 minute phone call is all it

8. I have decided to hire Renaissance Roofing, Inc. for my roofing needs. What
is the next step?
|
|
|
|
A signed copy of the proposal
can be e-mailed, faxed, or regular mailed to
the Renaissance Roofing, Inc. office. Upon receiving the signed proposal, we
will apply for the permit, order the materials, and schedule the work. Upon receipt, we will
notify you of your approximate scheduled date of installation or repair. |

9. What do we need to prepare on the day of installation? |
|
|
We ask that all
vehicles be moved out of the garage and driveway so our dump
truck can be parked near the house in the driveway. We
will need access to
electricity outside for our equipment, if possible, usually via an outside
outlet or an extension cord running from the house or garage.
We also suggest removing fragile wall hangings from walls. In rare
circumstances, pictures could fall from the pounding on the roof. Dust and
debris could also fall from attic roof boards into the attic space. Homeowners
may want to cover items to protect from dust and debris in the attic..

10. When should I expect to receive my written warranty? |
|
|
|
A copy of your registered
manufacturer warranty will be mailed to you along with a
questionnaire, within 3 weeks after the work has been completed and final payment
has been received by our office. Our ten year Renaissance Roofing workmanship
warranty is on the back of your proposal for your records. |
